Printed or Heat Pressed Garments

• Made to order: Each piece is crafted specifically for you.

• Customer responsibility: Please ensure sizes, designs, and colors are correct when placing your order.

• No refunds or exchanges: If you receive the wrong size or design due to your order, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. Correct orders will need to be placed separately.

Embroidered Orders

• Limited stock: Orders must be placed carefully with the right size and color.

• No refunds: Incorrect orders are not refundable.

• Possible exchange: If stock is available, exchanges may be considered but only after we receive the original item back in 100% original condition.

Our Mistakes

• Full replacement: If any error is made on our end, we will replace your order at no additional cost.
